Location: 36 Purvis Street (Nearest Mrt : Bugis / City Hall)
Working Days: 5 days , 9:30am to 6:30pm or 2pm - 10pm (2 Shifts)
The Operations Executive is responsible for the administrative support of live broadcast and new media projects. This includes managing project schedules and marketing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external teams, and providing administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitoring the whole process of the live broadcasting to make sure of higher quality in terms of fluency of the live stream, higher concurrent viewers, more thumbs up, more gifts sending, more interactions between the lecturer and viewers;
- Collecting and analyzing essential data of the channel’s live broadcasting, videos, subscription changes, gifts income etc., then carrying out effective measures to optimize the key data;
- Advertising video production as required, video edition and uploading as required;
- Management of online groups on the company’s own platform;
- Assisting online sales campaigns as required;
- Other relevant works as required;
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in any relevant field;
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us;
- Proficient with Video and Picture Editing tools like Jianying, Photoshop etc.;
- Good teamwork with colleagues to achieve sales targets and other targets;
- Good at creative works and interested in the financial investment industry;
- Strong capacities of learning, communication, Logical thinking and anti-pressure;
