- Responsible for sourcing, negotiation and purchasing activities.
- Assess local and overseas supplier’s products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the company’s required quality standards.
- Follow-up the status of purchase orders with suppliers to ensure timely delivery; and communicate status of orders with internal stakeholders.
- Timely issuing Purchase Order.
- Maintain and develop good vendor relationships.
- Ensure procured products are received accurately and in a good condition; and to feedback to suppliers should there be quality issues.
- Monitor the inventory aging and maintain healthy stock level.
- Undertake any other tasks assigned from time to time as maybe required in his/her role.
Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years of related experience in FMCG, experience in fresh produce is added advantaged.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS
- Diploma and preferably in Supply Chain Management/Business Administration or its equivalent.
- 3 years and more experience in procurement, sourcing or supply chain management in FMCG or related industry.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with various departments.
- Good communication skill, organizing skills and negotiation skills.
- Candidate with custom declaring agent certificate will be added advantaged (optional)
