The role:
This role is to provide maternity cover for a 6-month period.
The goal for this position is to continue to be an integral part of the Account Management team, overseeing multiple projects and clients whilst offering new and forward-thinking ideas to facilitate productive and positive communication. The agency will depend on the Senior Account Manager to give projects and team members direction and maintain a clear strategy to achieve the very best outcome for the client.
The successful candidate will be based in Singapore but may also be required to travel and work across APAC.
Key responsibilities:
- Represent ALIVE to our clients without the need for senior support on day-to-day tasks, and develop strong personal relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers
- Lead new business presentations, pitches and discussions as the face of ALIVE and be accountable for every element of planning, creative development, execution and evaluation on certain projects
- Be the brand guardian and creative director for your projects, respecting brand guidelines and finding creative solutions to business problems that are clearly communicated to the creative team
- Apply critical thinking and analytical capabilities to marketing and client service challenges
- Where relevant, manage and develop an AM/AE/SAE who will rely on you for advice, guidance and professional support to meet their own objectives
- Contribute to the development and implementation of ALIVE’s culture, process and policy – lead by example
Sector experience:
5 years’ experience within a marketing agency in a client-facing capacity
Key competencies:
- Confident, assertive attitude, and strong presentation skills – client-facing, within the agency and with suppliers and partner agencies
- Ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
- Excellent creative writing skills and general communication at a senior level
- Experience of working with and managing creative people & processes to ensure work is produced to brief, on time and on budget
- Keen attention to detail and outstanding financial planning & management skills
- Exceptional organisational skills - be able to effectively juggle several projects as well as work as an authoritative motivational figure in a busy team
- Efficiency & productivity – work quickly and cleverly to meet deadlines and expectations
