This role will is responsible for the management of all service and support issues as well as field related upgrades, changes and modifications.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site troubleshooting, installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates/upgrade of the ESWL/ESWT and LASER systems
  • Plan, schedule and perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the Products continue to perform reliably
  • Respond to unscheduled service calls
  • Provide technical support and service training to distributors and local customers
  • Update records of installation and device history and manage the final acceptance certificate database
  • Track and record all returned goods authorization and manage all warranty and contract claims
  • Monitor and perform tools maintenance and calibration
  • Coordinate with manufacturers on technical and service-related issues
  • Recommend and manage replacement spare parts sales or optional hardware for system upgrade or conversion
  • Create and update training materials to maintain the relevance to the software/hardware ofthe current models
  • Support product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, tradeshows, conventions, and exhibitions related to Company’s products
  • Liaise with vendors on technical purchases

Job Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Biomedical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
