This role will is responsible for the management of all service and support issues as well as field related upgrades, changes and modifications.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform on-site troubleshooting, installations, start-ups, maintenance, repairs and updates/upgrade of the ESWL/ESWT and LASER systems
- Plan, schedule and perform periodic preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that the Products continue to perform reliably
- Respond to unscheduled service calls
- Provide technical support and service training to distributors and local customers
- Update records of installation and device history and manage the final acceptance certificate database
- Track and record all returned goods authorization and manage all warranty and contract claims
- Monitor and perform tools maintenance and calibration
- Coordinate with manufacturers on technical and service-related issues
- Recommend and manage replacement spare parts sales or optional hardware for system upgrade or conversion
- Create and update training materials to maintain the relevance to the software/hardware ofthe current models
- Support product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, tradeshows, conventions, and exhibitions related to Company’s products
- Liaise with vendors on technical purchases
Job Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Biomedical or Electrical/Electronics Engineering
