About Our Client

They are looking for an experienced Product Trainer who will be looking to collaborate and educate their clients on the existing products they have. You will be responsible for the knowledge transfer of their products and how to use them.They are a NYSE listed company working with global clients. You will be joining a stable, mature company as their product expert and is responsible for solutioning and educating their clients around the APAC region on their products and how to deliver the best impact with them.
Job Description
The Product Trainer will be conducting training sessions on the products for both internal and external stakeholders as well as analysing the clients' business processes and advising on the best systems to implement. You should be well-versed in enterprise-level, complex platforms and constantly maintains a high level of understanding of the company's products and services.You should also be able to explain complex, ttechnical products in simple, layman manner.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have the following:
- Strong examples of problem solving related to operational and/or working with complex enterprise platforms
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Willingness to travel when required
- Hands-on attitude and detail-oriented
