(W) Fashion Apparel / Retail Footwear - Assistant Merchandising Manager

Job Specifications:

• Job Type: Full-Time

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Monthly Base Salary: Up to SGD 5,000
• Location: Central, Singapore

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Inventory Management: Utilize analytical insights to optimize sales performance and streamline inventory management processes.
2. Assortment Planning: Contribute to the formulation of seasonal category strategies and assortment plans.
3. Vendor Management: Collaborate with vendors for procurement, negotiations, and inventory replenishment initiatives.
4. Merchandising Standards: Uphold high standards of visual merchandising across all store locations.
5. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of market trends and competitors, implementing strategies to enhance sales.
6. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare comprehensive reports and conduct analyses to enhance sales and inventory management.
7. Team Leadership: Assist in the supervision and guidance of the Merchandising team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Diploma/Degree in Retail/Fashion/Business or equivalent field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of managerial experience in merchandising aspects within the fashion apparel/footwear sector.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong analytical abilities
