- Handling accounts receivable & accounts payable.
- Handling general Accounting Tasks.
- Prepare payment vouchers, issue cheque payment and monthly supplier/debtor reconciliation.
- General HR admin support. (Employee Contract, Payroll, Recruitment etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Nitec holder
- At least 2 years Accounting experience
- Willing to handle some HR duties as well
- Able to read and speak in Mandarin - to communicate with chinese boss
- Work location at Tuas area (Company Transport provided at Jurong Point)
- Salary $3,000 to $4,500
- AWS + Variable Bonus.
- Start work IMMEDIATELY or within short notice
