Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the project lifecycle of new payment channel integrations, in Asia, Europe, US and Latin America and other countries, from initial evaluation through to final implementation. Ant acquiring solution is expanding payment acceptance globally via introducing new payment methods, new features, new fund solutions. You will lead a project manager team to manage the progress, offer insights to deliver high quality payment products and experience to global online merchants
- Streamline sales procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness. This involves reviewing current sales procedures, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes that will optimize sales operations.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive BD trainings to enhance the team's understanding of our products and services. You will create training materials and programs that are engaging, informative, and tailored to various learning styles.
- Take part in or spearhead strategic projects with our headquarter and regional teams. This includes crafting innovative partnership models with various payment service providers, enabling online payment capabilities in new markets, and collaborating with both internal and external teams to foster new business opportunities and enhance post-acquisition synergy.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payment processing, payment gateway interfaces, and financial systems. You should be very familiar with the commercial and technical aspects of payment processing and have a good understanding of the payment systems involved.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to lead complex projects to success. You should be able to demonstrate a history of successfully completed projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients, and build strong relationships.
- Ability to train and develop others. You should have experience in training and developing team members, enhancing their skills and knowledge.
