Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks and re-stock pantry items for the Institute’s lounges, offices, meeting & function rooms, including managing coffee machines in lounges. Also to conduct weekly stock take for ordering of refreshments to replenish stocks.
- Ensure all facilities, including lounges and office pantries, meeting and function rooms, are presentable all the time.
- Provide excellent customer service and concierge service support to members, guests & visitors who are using the Institute’s facilities.
- Prepare for lunch and / or dinner meetings with guests & visitors who are being hosted by Office Bearers and Senior Management, including running errands to procure necessary items for such events, functions or occasions.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks to key stakeholders such as the President, Council Members, Senior Management, guests and visitors.
- Provide administrative support (process invoices and purchase miscellaneous items) as and when required.
Job Requirement:
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role, customer service and/or hospitality industry
- Good English communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and team-focused with good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
- Responsible and knows how to prioritise tasks
- Enjoys helping people and give an extra hand where needed
- Positive, proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods and willing to work beyond office hours when required (for night events and dinner functions)
- Actively promote the services and facilities of the premise to members and visitors
- Any other responsibilities from time to time
