Secretarial and Office Admin Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for general office administrative duties.
  • Provide day-to-day secretarial administrative support to the team.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and perform secretariat duties.
  • Assist in purchasing of office inventories and pantry items.
  • Review vendor quotations and make recommendations to management.
  • Assist in HR tasks such organizing company event and candidate interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate the accumulation of employee feedback.
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of secretarial administrative support experience.
  • Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
