Responsibilities:
- Responsible for general office administrative duties.
- Provide day-to-day secretarial administrative support to the team.
- Prepare meeting minutes and perform secretariat duties.
- Assist in purchasing of office inventories and pantry items.
- Review vendor quotations and make recommendations to management.
- Assist in HR tasks such organizing company event and candidate interview scheduling.
- Coordinate the accumulation of employee feedback.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- At least 3 - 5 years of secretarial administrative support experience.
- Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
