Job Description:
- Preparing high-quality bakery items (bread)
- Clean food preparation areas as determined by company policy
- Create new bakery (bread) recipes
- Estimate expected ingredients consumption and organise preparation
- Keep records and accounts of ingredients purchase
- Monitor supplies and re-order stock as needed
- Manage and to ensure bakery cost is in a healthy range
- Minimize wastage
Job Requirements:
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in F&B bakery industry
- Passion in Baking and R&D
- Team player
- Customer-centric
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to perform Flexi shifts, and able to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
- 6 days per week
- Singaporean only
