The Role
This role thrives on collaboration! The successful Business Analyst will establish solid partnerships across the entire trading workflow, from front-office traders, middle-office functions, and back-office operations. The ideal candidate thrives in a cohesive working environment, partnering seamlessly with diverse stakeholders such as developers and technical experts across offices to ensure smooth operation, address bug fixes, and implement product enhancements. An avid learner of new business domains and a strong grasp of integrated business applications are essential. Problem-solving is also key, as you will troubleshoot issues from various departments and vendors and see them through to resolution.
Your Profile
To be successful in this role, must have over 5 years of relevant experience in the trade lifecycle of commodities and experience in partnering with traders and front office banking. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence and ETRM/CTRM systems are highly advantageous. To excel in this role, we are seeking for someone who takes initiative, consistently delivers, and demonstrates a strong commitment to success. Collaboration is key, so the ideal candidate will build strong relationships and work seamlessly with a wide range of stakeholders.
