1. Proficiency in desktop publishing tools, including Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and InDesign.
2. AutoCAD 2D/3D MAX technical drawings drafting skills (Intermediate level)
3. Knowledge in print production job flow, digital print terminology and various printing mediums is essential.
4. Processing and troubleshoot digital files received from clients and in-house designers for fonts, images, colour corrections, resolution and printability and convert to TIFF format print-ready status for both digital and offset printing by outsourced vendors.
5. Work with graphic designers regarding set-up issues and colour proof for approval by clients.
6. Able to prepare technical construction drawings including schematic layout plans, elevations, and cross-sections.
7. Convert 3D drawings into AutoCAD drawings for carpentry fabrication.
8. Knowledge in preparing CAD output files for CNC Router wood cutting and routing is a plus.
9. Relevant working experience in digital printing industries or event props production companies is a plus.
10. Manage printing workflow according to project schedules, communicate with Design Team Members and Accounts Servicing to ensure all digital graphic files are processed and issued to printing vendor on time to meet site installation deadlines.
11. Coordinate with graphic designers/accounts servicing team on the arrangement of colour proof sample graphic prints for approval by clients.
12. Process AutoCAD output files for CNC Router wood cutting in accordance with technical/construction drawings received from designers.
13. Process and generate Digital Die-Cut graphics output files and operate the cutting machine for all die-cut decals production.
14. Training will be provided on specific skills essential for the job scope if candidate did not meet all the pre-requisite qualification/experience mentioned above.
15. Self-motivated individual who can work well both independently and as part of a team.
