The Opportunity

  • Opportunity to work in well-known MNC, Resume Booster!
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 10am – 7pm
  • Location: Central / One-North
  • Duration: ASAP – 6 months
  • Salary: $10.5/hr

The Requirement:

  • Able to start work immediately!
  • Able to commit 6 months.
  • Meticulous with a keen eye for details

Job Description:

  • Manage enquiries and correspondence: Includes replying to drivers, supporting pre-training (confirming slots with trainers, scheduling & reminding drivers and post-training activities (i.e. activation, payment, enquiries), assisting internal stakeholders with enquiries.
  • Create and update records in database with driver details: Includes sales numbers of booster seats and in-car kits, monthly review on driver performance, sending out driver messages, monthly reimbursement for drivers, payment arrangements.
  • Coordinate frontline activities: Includes registering drivers for training, selling service-specific merchandise.
  • Manage inventories: Count and keep track of stocks, supporting receipt of deliveries when necessary, taking note of damaged inventories.
  • Oversee and train admin staff to ensure performance.
