Job Responsibilities
Main responsibilities of the role:
- Work with business user to draft and finalize requirements
- Analyze and document existing business processes and operating models and provide solutions w.r.t. target architecture considering specific future business needs.
- Design solutions and write functional specifications and solutions in collaboration with technical IT specialists.
- Testing the developed applications and follow up on fixes.
- Ensure delivery of fully tested products/features on-time and with quality up to production.
- Maintain up-to-date required quality documentations & train end-user
- Provide support to test, diagnose and resolve application issues.
The position requires autonomy and reliability in performing duties while maintaining close communication with the rest of project teams located in Paris. The candidate will need to have and keep developing a good understanding of both IT systems and business processes.
Job Qualification
Mandatory Skills:
- Good experience with business analysis role being a bridge between business and IT teams
- Experience in delivering fully tested applications within schedule & quality
- Proficient in writing SQL queries based on relational data models
- Experience in all phases of the IT system development life cycle like design, implementation, testing, deployment and support.
- Experience working in Agile development methodology
- Exposure to reporting and data visualization tools (Power BI / Tableau / Qlik / Cognos..)
Other Professional Skills and Mind-set
- Required to attend meetings with Paris counterparts. Proficiency in French is a must.

- Strong communication (written, and verbal) and organizational skills
