Duties & Responsibilities:
· Plan, organize, and manage the full HR functions of the company.
· Overall, in charge of the HR department and daily HR-related operation matters
· Develop and execute a local & APAC recruitment strategy
· Proactively managing sourcing of potential profiles via a different channel
· Assess applicant skills and experiences according to specific roles and provide suitable recommendations to the hiring Manager
· Ensure best practices in recruitment and talent management
· Ensure the company employment practices are compliant with the local & and APAC countries employment laws, the company policies, and international laws governing human rights.
· Responsible for payroll-related duties as needed.
· To develop and plan learning of Training and development policies, processes, and program to ensure effectiveness, relevance, and alignment to organizational goals and objectives of market trend competitiveness.
· Review incentives, recognition, benefits, and awards to drive high performance and retain potential talents.
· Review and approve end-to-end recruitment activities including of selections, offers, and acceptance.
· Work closely with the Head of Departments to understand hiring requirements.
· Any other ad-hoc duties required.
