Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of 3-4 frontend developers, providing guidance and mentorship.
- Develop and maintain high-quality frontend applications using React.js.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, consistency, and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user-friendly interfaces.
- Stay updated with the latest frontend technologies and trends.
- Drive continuous improvement in frontend development processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in frontend development with proficiency in React.js.
- Proven experience in leading a team of frontend developers.
- Strong understanding of frontend development best practices and design patterns.
- Experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
