Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC), from project initiation to closure.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and business goals.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
- Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders at all levels, including executives, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering web application projects.
- Proficiency in leading cross-functional teams and managing resources effectively to meet project objectives.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet customer needs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
