Responsibilities:
- Handle daily calls and update the telephone book.
- Oversee daily receipt and delivery of mails and packages.
- Oversee all interior meeting spaces to be presentable and report any defects.
- Greeting, informing, and assisting guests; liaising with staff.
- Keep an appropriate inventory of materials for the pantry and office.
- Placing orders and releasing all purchase orders pertaining to administration.
- Responsible for office administration.
- Provide support for e-circular announcements as required.
- Coordinate invoice payments and work closely with the Finance Department.
- Provide assistance to the Corporate Office with administrative support.
- Ensure that all contracts related to office administration and corporate are monitored in a timely manner.
- Provide assistance to company-wide events, such as quarterly interactions and department birthday celebrations.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- With 1 – 3 years of working experience.
