Sales Manager / Account Manager [B2B / AV Solutions]

  • Attain sales performance targets and uphold positive client relations.

B2B Sales

  • Lead the sales team to achieve targets and manage customer experience.
  • Serve and increase sales from existing key accounts.
  • Generate and develop new key accounts.
  • Collaborate with partners (Samsung, Crestron, Bose, Martin Audio, QSC, Poly, Logitech, Microsoft) and the in-house AV Design Team to propose solutions meeting customer needs.
  • Negotiate pricing with partners for competitive bids.

Manage Partners (Manufacturers)

  • Source and secure partnerships for related solutions to broaden offerings to the same customer.

Sales Reporting

  • Present and submit weekly sales reports.

Solution Focus

  • All types of Audio, Visual, and video conferencing solutions.

Primary Market Focus

  • Enterprise: FSI, Technology, Manufacturer, Oil & Gas, etc.

Job Specifications:

  • Preferred: ITE/A Level/Diploma in IT/Engineering/Audio Visual.
  • OR Diploma in any discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with a good track record.
  • Experience in project-based, development of customized solutions sales environment.
  • Design & Built experience for solutions requiring hardware/equipment in AV, IT, communication, M&E, and other industrial sectors.
  • Relevant contacts in vertical markets.
  • Keen interest in sales management and leadership traits.
  • Experience in managing key accounts in the Enterprise market, especially in Technology, Manufacturing & FSI.
  • Experience in Audio & Visual, video conferencing, telephony solutions is a plus.
