Responsibilities:
- Support the HR budget planning and monitoring process.
- Responsible for day-to-day HR administration duties.
- Issuing of staff ID and uniforms for new employees.
- Monitor and process employee claims.
- Monitor employees’ leave records.
- Conduct staff engagement/ team bonding activities.
- Assist in HR recruitment activities from job posting to arranging interviews.
- Assist in onboarding procedures for new hires.
- Manage the coordination and administration of training function.
- Responsible for training administration activities for the company.
- Manage and keep up-to-date training records.
- Oversee the completion of e-Learning modules.
- Coordinate the payment of invoices with the trainer and finance.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
- At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administration.
- Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
