HR/ Administrative Role

Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR budget planning and monitoring process.
  • Responsible for day-to-day HR administration duties.
  • Issuing of staff ID and uniforms for new employees.
  • Monitor and process employee claims.
  • Monitor employees’ leave records.
  • Conduct staff engagement/ team bonding activities.
  • Assist in HR recruitment activities from job posting to arranging interviews.
  • Assist in onboarding procedures for new hires.
  • Manage the coordination and administration of training function.
  • Responsible for training administration activities for the company.
  • Manage and keep up-to-date training records.
  • Oversee the completion of e-Learning modules.
  • Coordinate the payment of invoices with the trainer and finance.
  • Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in Human Resource & Administration.
  • Ability to start work within short notice is advantageous.
