Innotech Resources (Healthcare Div) is currently seeking an Account cum Admin professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including:
- Ensuring accurate and timely preparation and filing of GST returns.
- Efficiently managing year-end account closing procedures.
- Maintaining the daily cash book and performing meticulous bookkeeping duties.
- Calculating employee salaries, CPF contributions, and ensuring timely disbursement.
- Overseeing HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Administering administrative tasks including office management, procurement, and vendor coordination.
- Handling ISO 9001 and Bizsafe audits to ensure compliance with standards.
- Assisting in the preparation and submission of tenders.
- Processing applications with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) as required.
- Submitting ECI (Estimated Chargeable Income), IR8A, and assisting in Form C submissions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in accounting, finance, human resources, or business administration.
- Strong understanding of GST regulations and accounting principles.
- Preference for familiarity with ISO 9001 and Bizsafe standards.
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
- Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
