Responsibilities:
· Produce measurement fast, accurately and complete within the targeted time schedule
· To submit all the tender documents including Schedule of Tender (SOT) and Schedule of Rate (SOR) on time to our client
· Provide estimating cost, obtain the best or lowest possible price
· Implement contract administration procedure to ensure proper documentation of records concerning variation, submitting accurate cost and time implications to client
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· At least a Diploma/Degree
· Minimum 2 years of Quantity Surveyor experience in Construction industry
· Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
