Project Admin

Soon Hock Sprinkler System Pte. Ltd.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with project team members and maintaining complete and accurate record for multiple jobs - working with multiple project managers and engineers
  • Track submission of all documents and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained
  • Track all progress claim payment and document processing status
  • Assist in preparing of tender documentations and follow up on tender outcome and review
  • Provide administrative support to project department in Day-to-day projects documentation
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least a Diploma/Degree
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction industry
  • Prior experience with Fire Prevention & Protection Systems will be added advantage
