Responsibilities:
Maintain the research database and ensure continuous and timely updates of transaction and rental comparison data or any pertinent information within the database.
Conduct financial analysis and investment underwriting, and draft necessary approval documentation for potential acquisitions, facilitating a smooth investment management process.
Monitor asset performances and execute asset plans, such as preparing annual property budgets, optimizing assets for income generation, initiating or completing asset enhancement works, and maximizing value in preparation for divestment.
Prepare market study reports, progress updates, risk and compliance reports, and presentations, including materials for investor relations, with precision and punctuality.
Oversee day-to-day operations, including the management of various service providers, to fulfill fund reporting requirements and achieve the company’s objectives and desired outcomes for investors.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by reporting manager(s) to support business operations.
