Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated General Insurance Admin Executive to join our team in providing essential administrative support for general insurance business. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks, contributing to the efficiency and success of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
· Efficiently handle incoming phone calls and promptly respond to emails, maintaining a professional and courteous manner.
· Monitor and follow up on renewal and new business cases.
· Maintain accurate and organized records, ensuring that filing systems are up-to-date and easily accessible.
· Assist in scheduling appointments and managing the calendar, optimizing time management for the team.
· Undertake additional administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the department.
Required Skills:
· A minimum of one year of experience in the insurance industry is essential.
· Insurance related certificates are a bonus but not essential.
· Showcase excellent organizational abilities and proficient written and verbal communication skills to interact with colleagues and clients effectively.
· Demonstrate a strong aptitude for multitasking and efficiently prioritizing tasks.
Remuneration
Competitive basic salary of $3,000, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
