We are seeking a Data Analyst with a fervent interest in large-scale datasets and experience in analyzing molecular -omics datasets, such as transcriptomics, proteomics, and metabolomics. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in computatier science and be eager to contribute to large-scale multi-omic projects by performing tasks ranging from data processing to comprehensive analysis of multiomic data. Responsibilities include executing various data analyses, such as differential analysis, employing machine-learning techniques, conducting both supervised and unsupervised clustering, statistical modelling, and developing deep learning neural networks.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- A strong background in brain tumor research.
- Demonstrated expertise in bioinformatics and the analysis of single cell sequencing data.
- Proficiency in using AWS to deploy machine learning and deep learning models.
- Experience in Spatial-omics data analysis is advantageous.
- Skilled in R, Python, Java.
- Capable of working autonomously with a proactive mindset.
- A positive attitude towards learning, along with being responsible and well-organized.
- Excellent abilities in critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal relationships.
