Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing and maintaining Sharepoint, CRM applications including installation, update/upgrade, configuration and setups.
- Responsible for the interfaces/jobs monitoring, configuration and troubleshooting on network, connectivity issues
- Provide routine administrative support; register and renewing domain name, SSL certificates, importing certs
- Maintain registry/inventory list of the applications, certs, its versions, expiry dates, access controls, and users/roles list
- Conduct/Perform sanity test on the systems post updates/patches
- Participate in DR exercise, including drills and table top exercise
- Responsible as independent release manager not involved in application support team
- Perform system patches, applications deployments and new releases
- Perform connectivity test for new interfaces, keys generation & renewals
- Conduct preventive maintenance, such as housekeeping and logs extractions.
- Create/Remove accounts/user groups if needed
- Retrieve and extractions of application logs for troubleshooting and investigations
- Communicating control deficiencies and making recommendations for improvement.
- Coordinate with external vendors and internal staff for problem resolution.
- Ensure compliance with IT security standards, policies and procedures.
- Involve in cloud resources administration, monitoring and provisioning
- Setup, configure DevOps/CICD on cloud
- Assist in executing project activities.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Minimum at least 8 years of working experience as application/systems administrator.
- Proficient in Microsoft products (Windows Servers , Microsoft AD, ADFS, SFTP, File transfers)
- Experience in SecureConnect product, its configuration & setups
- Experience in Symantec Protection Engine product
- Practical knowledge in managing and working in multi-vendor environment
- Experience, familiar in working in Data centers and Government Commercial Cloud environments, experience in GPC is added advantage
- Experience in managing Singapore public sector agency’s system and environment is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple sites and prioritisation on handling issues
- Expected to work after office hours, weekends/PH. Replacement days off will be granted when needed to work during this timings.
