Core Responsibilities
- Conduct market profiling to identify potential market segments and buyer profiles
- Relay feedback from buyers on sales factors affecting sales performance to improve sales target development
- Monitor competitor landscape and customer demand to provide market intelligence for strategy development
- Explain technical nuances as well as pros and cons of various solutions that appeal to KOLs’ technical requirements
- Identify responses that can minimise negative impact and address buyers' dissatisfaction of goods
- Provide post-sales support on technical nuances related to product and/or product offerings
- Organise and conduct training sessions - perform on-site and on-the-job training on the principal’s products to health professionals in hospitals
- Perform field calls for the accounts and assigned territory, including being “on-call”
- Participate in training opportunities to be updated on product knowledge and market trends (workshops, training, conferences)
- Participate in promotional activity to increase product awareness in the market
Performance Expectations
- Actively participate in workshops and trainings to gain in-depth understanding of technologies and devices
- Hold a credible dialogue audience ranging from surgeons to consultants and key decision-makers
- Ensure that customers are provided with high quality care & attention throughout the sales & service process of medical technology procured
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing, Biomedical, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or Medical Technology or Science (Biology)
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to travel overseas if required
- Able to work overtime as and when required (includes weekends)
