REQUIREMENTS:
SINGAPOREANS RECOMMENDED
- Has good communication and relationship-building skills
- Is able to lead by example
- Has a good understanding of the Early Childhood Environment
- Holds a Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Currently working or is based locally
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide children on their school homework
- Conduct daily student care and school holiday programmes
- Monitor and record the student’s progress and ensure that learning goals are met
- Develop and implement new lesson plans and other creative activities
- Create a fun and interactive learning environment
- Communicate with parents about their child’s learning progress
- Provide administrative support for the centre’s operations and events
