Position summary statement:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Marketing Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth and success of our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing marketing strategies and initiatives to enhance brand image, drive traffic, engage the community, and generate revenue.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Support and cultivate a strong local and international media network to elevate brand visibility, increase awareness, and achieve specific measurable KPIs.
· Execute comprehensive marketing strategies and plans, encompassing social media activities, advertising campaigns, and community engagement efforts. This includes:
· Strategizing and planning monthly social media calendars
· Creating, editing, and posting social content (including design and video production)
· Managing community interactions across various channels
· Collaborating with SEM/SEO/Pay Per Click marketing agencies
· Supporting partnership initiatives
· Coordinating with publications for display advertising opportunities
· Support and drive promotional efforts and campaigns for loyalty marketing programs.
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop marketing collateral that aligns with brand guidelines.
· Manage the backend system of the website, ensuring regular updates on offers and promotions.
· Provide support for all marketing initiatives and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in executing marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and community management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (basic Photoshop, CapCut, Canva) and software is a plus.
