As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a talented Project Engineer to play a key role in overseeing and managing our projects.
Position: Project Engineer
Location: Singapore
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to performance requirements, budget constraints, and timelines.
- Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, installers, customers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project activities and ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor the progress of work, address any issues or challenges, and provide technical guidance and support to the project team.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments, including sales, operations, and engineering, to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks, anticipate potential problems, and implement corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, progress reports, and technical specifications.
- Provide leadership and direction to project team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the security, electrical, or M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) industry.
- Strong technical background with knowledge of security systems, electrical systems, or M&E systems.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in written English is essential for preparing project documentation and reports.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within budget and schedule constraints.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Professional certifications in project management or relevant technical fields are a plus.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position will range from SGD 2,800 to SGD 3,800 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
