Job Description:
- General Ledger entries
- Full spectrum of AR & AP functions
- Carry out accounting entries and seek clarification from relevant parties should discrepancies be found in the accounts
- Monitor debtor and creditor ageing balances
- Bank reconciliations
- Maintain proper documentation on accounts transactions
- Preparation and submission of GST returns
- Preparation and compilation of financial reports
- Perform any other duties as directed by immediate superior
Job Requirement:
- Minimally Diploma in Accounting / Finance
- Familiar with using accounting systems (Ideally Microsoft Business Central)
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
