As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to play a key role in ensuring seamless coordination and delivery of services.


Position: Service Coordinator


Location: Singapore


Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers to schedule servicing and maintenance appointments or arrange installation times for technicians.
  • Coordinate closely with technicians to ensure efficient allocation of resources and timely completion of service requests.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on service status.
  • Handle incoming calls, complaints, and service requests professionally and courteously.
  • Prioritize and schedule service requests based on urgency and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of service activities, including appointment details and customer interactions.
  • Follow up with quotations for materials or labour rendered.
  • Keep track of maintenance schedules and remind customers to renew servicing contracts.
  • Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
  • Previous experience in customer service or service coordination is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work independently and be part of a team.

Salary Range:

The salary for this position will range from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
