As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our sales efforts.
Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Singapore, Near Paya Lebar MRT
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position with a 5-day work week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Prepare and send quotations to clients promptly.
- Follow up on sales leads and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and conversion.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate the closing of orders.
- Prepare documentation for the handover of orders to the project department.
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in English and Mandarin.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends.
Qualifications:
- ITE or Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin.
- Proven experience in sales coordination or a related field.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to learn and understand security systems products and solutions.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range:
The salary for this position will range from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
