Roles and Responsibilities
- Achieve growth and sales targets
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Communicate customer’s requirement effectively to internal team
- Prepare and present quotation to customers
- Continuous learning on materials, process and product knowledge
- Lead and support operations team for customer’s prototype/sample build to mass production
- Order entry, planning and monitoring of delivery schedule and commitments to customers
- Work with new and existing raw material supplier
- Obtain Forecast from customers for sales projection and planning of material and capacity
- Involve in monthly stock take to target lean and fast turnover on inventory
Requirements
- Possess Engineering / Manufacturing or reliable Technical education or background
- Candidate with engineering sales / customer service experience in manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
- Good marketing skills and business sense
- Ability to build client relationships easily
- Analytical ability and great problem-solving skills
- Must be able to travel and work autonomously and be part of a team player
- Self-confidence to support persuasion and sales efforts
- Possess good presentation and negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Candidate required to speak in Mandarin in order to communicate with Chinese speaking customers and supply chain counterparts.
We work 5 days a week, 8.30am to 5.30pm. Location in Tuas, 5 mins from MRT station
