Job responsibilities
- Assist in handling Full Set of Accounts consisting of AR & AP
- Preparation of monthly & quarterly Reports for Management review
- Perform general ledger data entry
- Handle for invoices, cheque payments and petty cash claims
- Generate Cash Flow reports
- Preparation of all necessary information for Audit purposes
- Preparation for timely submission of GST returns
- Perform month end & year end closing
- Any other Ad-Hoc duties to be assigned
Job requirements
- Preferably candidates with minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skills, meticulous and organised
- Ability to work independently and complete task on tight deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office applications and knowledge of MYOB Software is an advantage
- Singaporean only
