- Building the company

- Pitch and approach new clients and opportunities.
- Provide leadership to team and foster a collaborative culture.
- Mentor and guide team members.
- Assist to ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in business development in Fintech.
- Proven track record.
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Excellent team player and enjoy working with others
- Presentable and strong in building
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
