Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to the Section Chef and other senior positions.
- Ensure that every job given is executed up to the standard.
- Follow up the hygiene procedure and standard given by superior.
- Maintain high standard of hygiene, sanitation and cleanliness in all kitchen areas.
- Preparing the ingredients for senior chef.
- Measuring dish ingredients and portion sizes accurately.
- Responsible for making sure the food is prepared as per specifications received by senior chef.
- Dealing with deliveries and stock rotation.
- Minimise food wastage.
- To constantly upgrade culinary skills through training and/or self-study.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by Superior.
- Comply at all times with the Staff Code of Conduct.
