Job Responsibilities :
Regional segment strategy and implementation
- Develops/executes/monitors IA market strategy in line with global strategy together with sales and technical org
- Supports G2M and channel strategies development with KA and regional & global heads stakeholders
- Prioritizes marketing activities across segments based on resources & reports progress to global IA MC
- Conducts business case analysis for capacity expansions on behalf of the business line and present to IA MC
NBD & Innovation
- Implements global & regional product launches applying regional customization if necessary
- Leads scouting for new product developments and develops business cases
- Champions I2M (idea to market) projects and secures adherence to pipeline vitality objectives
- Drives find & win projects (expansion/penetration) with support from local technical & sales team
- Leads new market feasibility analysis (diversification) providing strategic vision for market expansion
Communications & Market Intelligence
- Contributes to and maintains market intelligence databases on a regional and global level
- Develops annual marketing budget plan and supports mar coms on trade shows, events and mkt material
- Provides insight for IA markets, customer unmet needs & competition landscape
- Exchanges with other regions and global functions to leverage on existing products/application knowledge
Product & Portfolio Value Management
- Provides input for portfolio lifecycle analysis driven by PPVM
- Initiates together with PPVM portfolio maintenance campaigns and steer regional lifecycle innovation strategy
- Contributes to strategic pricing initiatives based on competitive intelligence
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Management, Business Administration, Chemistry or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as marketing role in chemical industries for Coating, Lubricants, Industrial Applications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to travel
