We are currently seeking a dynamic and driven End User Computing (EUC) Engineer to join my client in their global team as a leading financial technology company. There EUC team plays a vital role in supporting all aspects of our organization, utilizing cutting-edge technology to meet the diverse needs of our users and the company.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the onboarding and training of new end users within our client environment.
- Provide expert-level support for hardware, software, networks, and servers, including Windows and Mac devices, as well as mobile devices such as Apple and Android.
- Take ownership of project management and execution.
- Manage access for all end user computing resources.
- Provide mentorship to EUC Analysts.
- Handle ticket and incident management via ServiceNow, including issue resolution, escalation, and documentation.
- Manage hardware imaging and software deployment.
- Administer Active Directory, Azure, Intune, and Exchange Online, including device authentication and user/group maintenance.
- Oversee file, print, and DHCP management.
- Manage IT hardware procurement workflow.
- Handle physical management of IT hardware.
- Troubleshoot conference room AV systems and support video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Teams, Webex, etc.).
- Provide support for broker and trading floor technology, including turret phones, tablet computers, wireless networking, proprietary tools, and data display support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, CIS, or related field.
- Profound experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Exchange Online, Windows OS, MacOS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Three or more years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and Windows desktop/server administration.
- Significant experience with PowerShell administration and scripting.
- Technical certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CompTIA, JNCIA-Junos, etc.
- Strong multitasking, time prioritization, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Experience in an exchange, trading facility, or financial services industry.
