Assistant Accounts Manager

Job Responsibilities:
  • Handle day-to-day full-set accounting operations, and general ledger entries.
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements of Group, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and compliance standards.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative to contribute to the team's success.
