Job Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day full-set accounting operations, and general ledger entries.
- Preparation of monthly financial statements of Group, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions.
- Support the annual audit process by providing necessary documentation and explanations to auditors.
- Stay updated on relevant accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance in financial reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the finance department.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Singapore's financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to take initiative to contribute to the team's success.
