Role Highlights
This role is responsible on delivering efficient office/human resource administration and procedures to ensure the Company achieves organizational effectiveness on resourcing, employees’ benefits and development; complying with statutory and regulatory requirements; governing Company’s policies (not limited to human resource), to ensure the integrity in the workplace is maintained.
The Job
- Update databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) in HR system
- Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts
- Preparing logistic work related to HR onboarding and staff welfare activities
- Assist to prepare reports
- Work with payroll colleagues by providing them relevant information for payroll processing (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
- Other admin work as and when assigned
Profile and Experience
- Meticulous and well-organized
- Strong coordination and follow up skills
- Able to prioritize tasks; strong time management skills
