- Assist Operation Manager in various projects, coordinate, execute the general cleaning process and cleaning logistics
- Perform Risk Assessment at site.
- Review work orders to ensure that assignments are completed timely.
- Provide guidance and on Job Training to cleaners, ensure team member’s skill and service competency are maintained.
- Monitor manpower attendance and daily deployment planning
- Record keeping of all equipment, stores, materials and PPE
- Liaise with clients on their request and cascade to the relevant work crew
- Conduct and take part in operations meetings to share and gather feedback related to operations/safety
- Submission of work progress reports
- Able to investigate and submit incident reports promptly
- A responsible personnel who will ensure operations are carried out according to the required standard
- Willing to take up any other duties as assigned by Manager as and when necessary
- A strong leader who will hand on tasks together with the team to achieve quality service
