Job Description
- Responsible for payroll administration covering the full spectrum of payroll for staff (with help of a part time staff).
- Ensure compliance to statutory requirements, government legislation and group policies and standards.
- ยท Manage all statutory submissions, payments and processing of government claims e.g. annual tax filings, IR21, IR8A, NS Reservist claims, CDCA claims etc.
Requirements
- Min. Diploma and above
- Attentive to details, organized and with excellent numerical skills
- Must be able to handle 250 pax of payroll (3 entities)
- Experience in Times Software Payroll.
- Able to multi task and prioritize work
- Experience in handling foreign worker matter (eg. wp renewal, cancellation)
- With working experience in healthcare sector
- Ability to exercise initiative, work independently and under pressure
- Possess good HR knowledge and understanding of Employment Act
- Excellent interpersonal, communication skills and analytical skills.
