Customer Service Specialist

•⁠ ⁠Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls)

•⁠ ⁠Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

•⁠ ⁠Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints

•⁠ ⁠Handle requests, feedback, and queries professionally

•⁠ ⁠Provide technical advice to the customer

•⁠ ⁠Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time


Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Working hours : Saturday to Wednesday 12.30pm to 9.30pm (Remote working during weekends and after company operating hours)

•⁠ ⁠At least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent

•⁠ ⁠0 - 2 Year(s) related working experiences

•⁠ ⁠Ability/readiness to work on weekends and weekday evenings
