• Handle inbound/outbound enquiries from various channels (WhatsApp, SMS, in-house messaging systems, and Phone calls)
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Handle requests, feedback, and queries professionally
• Provide technical advice to the customer
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Working hours : Saturday to Wednesday 12.30pm to 9.30pm (Remote working during weekends and after company operating hours)
• At least Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 0 - 2 Year(s) related working experiences
• Ability/readiness to work on weekends and weekday evenings
