We are looking for a Junior Chief of Staff. This individual needs to be a trusted partner, and will
play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the CEO’s office. The ideal candidate is
dynamic, intelligent, stellar at project management, handling tight deadlines, while managing
different stakeholders in the company to get things done. They would ideally act as an extension
of the CEO as an informational funnel, filter, and facilitator with both internal and external stakeholders
Responsibilities:
- Proactive Support to the CEO
- Managing the CEO’s daily schedule, including vetting, prioritizing, and providing recommendations.
- Short-term and long-term project management for the CEO.
- Managing, facilitating and scheduling fundraising and M&A conversations.
- Assist CEO in investor relations, including drafting monthly investor updates, articulating key company strategies and financial results.
- Assist CEO in conducting town hall meetings, facilitate management and strategy meetings.
- Assist CEO in formulating strategic OKRs by understanding key issues and constraints within the company.
- Make data driven recommendations to CEO to improve processes and gaps.
You Bring to the Table:
- 1-4 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Junior Chief-of-staff or in a similar role working with senior executives.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Tech Proficiency: High proficiency in collaborative software, Microsoft Office/G Suite, and a readiness to embrace new tools.
