Responsibilities:
- Monitor clients’ vessels and detect performance variations among them, analyzing data from both clients and industry sources.
- Utilize modern Business Intelligence Tools to process and interpret extensive datasets.
- Identify patterns and deduce insights to suggest enhancements for shipping firms through data analysis.
- Present findings and offer improvement recommendations through written reports or direct client engagement.
- Comprehend client requirements and contribute insights for customizing products to developers.
- Oversee client projects, introducing tools and procedures for the Performance Center, including training for new clients.
- Refine and specify service offerings and deliverables for fleet performance advice within the Performance Center.
- Conduct trials for potential new clients and explore additional services for existing ones.
Requirements:
- Possession of a Marine Engineering or Nautical degree (or equivalent).
- Sailing background considered a plus.
- Demonstrated experience in the shipping sector, particularly in vessel performance and fuel efficiency matters.
- Strong motivation to engage with clients effectively.
- Proficiency in modern IT tools and concepts.
- Analytical and conceptual aptitude with a self-driven and energetic approach.
- Ability to inspire and persuade, with confident interpersonal skills suitable for interactions with colleagues and clients across various levels.
