Roles & Responsibilities
Requirements:
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Others), or equivalent.
· This position requires at least 2 Years of working experience in the related field.
· Any ad hoc duties as and when assigned by management.
Responsibility:
· Report to the Project Manager
· Ensuring site setting out is correct
· Prepare the method of the statement before work construction
· Site inspection, management, and coordination of on-site activities.
· Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall
project manager
· Able to solve problems on-site
· Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
· Liaising with quantity surveyors about the ordering
· Coordinating with the Purchaser for the delivery of materials
· Ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation is adhered to.
· Liaise with the Quantity Surveyor for the monthly progress of the sites for the submission of the Progress Claim
· Attend daily, weekly, or monthly meetings with the project team or client
