RESPONSIBILITIES
- Take charge of overseeing and guiding projects from their initial planning stages to final delivery, ensuring adherence to quality, cost, safety, and time constraints through precise preparation and execution of all project tasks in alignment with company policies and legal standards.
- Provide reports to senior management regarding project progress and key developments.
- Collaborate with clients, consultants, regulatory bodies, and subcontractors to facilitate seamless project completion.
- Develop, review, and present detailed schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans. •
- Organize and conduct regular safety meetings at internal, subcontractor, and site levels.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years working experience in HDB projects
- Ideally someone with PMP certification
- Able to handle a ptoject team.
- Minimum Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
